Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations can be made 2 days or more before the Pooja event. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 2 days or 48 hours of the event. Refunds will not be provided for Poojas Cancelled on that particular day during that muhurth time due to any reason from the devotees side. Notice of cancellation must be made via e-mail to info@divinesadhana.co.in. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 5-7 working days and fees refunded within 12 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
If DivineSadhana offers a Pooja Service we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this refund policy upon purchasing any product or services at our web site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product or services we provide.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellation by Participant:
- If a participant needs to cancel their registration for a class, they must notify on at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class time via e-mail to info@divinesadhana.co.in.
- If cancellation is made within the 24-hour period before the scheduled class ,refund will not be issued .
- No-show Policy:
- Participants who do not show up for a scheduled class without prior notification may forfeit their class fee without eligibility for a refund.
- Refund Policy:
- A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 5-7 working days and fees refunded within 12 working days, subject to this Refund Policy.
- Class Cancellation by Instructor:
- In the event that a class is cancelled by the instructor (e.g., due to instructor illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances), participants may be offered a rescheduled class or a full refund.

1. Refund Policy:
a. Conditions for Refunds:
- Refund request for damaged or defective items are only acknowledged within 48 hours days from the date of delivery of item .
- Products must be self-shipped in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
- Certain products such as perishable goods or personalized items may not be eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are processed based on the original payment method used during the purchase.
b. Procedure for Refunds:

2. Replacement Policy:

- Replacements are offered for defective or damaged products.
- Customers must report any issues with the product within 48 hours days of receiving the item.
- Replacements are subject to product availability. If the same product is not available, customers may be offered a comparable alternative or a refund.
b. Procedure for Replacements:

- If the request is approved, customers will be provided with instructions for returning the defective or damaged product.

3. Cancellation of Orders Policy:
- Orders will not be cancelled once items are shipped .
- If the customers rejects the delivery than no refund will be issued except in exceptional cases .
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued in 5-7 working days in original payment source .
